The brief

For a client’s botulinum toxin used for spasticity and dystonia. Research and analyse the optimal positioning versus competitors to support potential licence extension. Because the positioning would be influenced by upcoming pivotal trials. These were a focus for the analysis.

A SWOT and GAP analysis were completed. Resulting insights were synthesized with the unique science for the client’s botulinum toxin to inform development of the optimal positioning. Scientific statements supporting the product were finalised and a plan for supporting sub-analyses developed.
